At Cultr Gym, we’ve created a range of training spaces designed to help you get the most out of every workout. Whether your focus is strength training, conditioning, cardio, or functional fitness, each area of the gym is equipped to support your goals and give you the space to train your way.

Main Room
Our main gym area is built for strength and resistance training, featuring a wide range of free weights, machines, benches, and lifting equipment. Whether you’re new to training or experienced in the gym, it’s the perfect space to build strength, confidence, and consistency.

Function Room
The function room is designed for functional fitness and conditioning-style training. With equipment including sled pushes, kettlebells, battle ropes, weight bags, punch bags, air bikes, and open floor space, it’s ideal for high-intensity workouts, circuits, and improving overall fitness and athletic performance.

Cardio Room
Our cardio area provides a dedicated space to improve fitness, endurance, and conditioning. Equipped with treadmills, bikes, rowers, and other cardio machines, it’s perfect for warming up, steady-state cardio, interval training, or finishing your workout strong.

Gym Rules
1. Re-rack your weights
If you lift it, you put it back. Simple.
2. Wipe down equipment after use
Sweat happens, leaving it behind doesn’t.
3. Respect the racks
Squat racks are for squats, presses, and heavy barbells work - not curls or phone scrolling.
4. Share equipment
If its busy, work in. Don’t camp.
5. Respect everyone
No intimidation, no judgment, no harassment.
6. No work boots or open toe shoes
Suitable gym footwear only, lets keep this a mud free zone.
7. Train hard. Train smart
Warm up properly. Look after your body.
8. Staff decisions are final
We’re here to keep everyone safe.
