We're open:
Monday - Friday 6 am - 9 pm
Saturday - Sunday 9 am - 4 pm

Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Our monthly direct debit memberships are contract-free, so you can cancel at any time.
How old do I have to be to join the gym?
You must be 16 or older. Members aged 16–17 need parental consent to use gym facilities.
Is there a joining fee?
No joining fee is required.
You only pay for your chosen membership
or day pass.
Do I need an induction?
All new members are encouraged to complete a gym induction. It’s included and ensures safe, effective use of all equipment.
Do you offer personal training services?
Certified personal trainers are available to help tailor workouts, provide motivation, and support your fitness journey.
Are there any rules about gym etiquette or equipment use?
Please re-rack weights after use, wipe down machines after training, and be respectful of others sharing the space.
How do I join or sign up for a membership?
You can sign up online or in person at the gym - simply select the plan that suits you and our team will get you started.
Where are you located?
We’re located at Unit 7, Ongar Trading Estate, Great Dunmow, Essex, CM6 1EU, UK.
Is there parking available at the gym?
We have ample free parking on site for members.
What’s the difference between your memberships?
We offer monthly direct debit, fixed-term (3, 6, 12 months), and pay-as-you-go/day passes.
Can I freeze my membership?
Memberships can be frozen for a short period. Contact our team to discuss your eligibility and the freeze options available.
Do you offer special rates for students and service members?
Discounted monthly rates are available for students, blue light service workers, and military members
with valid ID.
How much is a day pass?
Day passes are £9 and provide full access to all gym equipment and facilities for one day.
If I join the gym, do I have access to all facilities?
All active members can use our gym equipment, cardio, strength and functional training areas.
Do you have changing rooms and shower facilities?
We provide changing rooms and showers so you can freshen up after your workouts.
Can I bring a friend as a guest to train with me?
Guests can train using pay-as-you-go passes - talk to the team about day and week passes for visitors.
